I’ve been in the mortgage business for more than 27 years. I’m a second-generation mortgage professional — this is the business I know.
I started on the lender side, in wholesale lending for banks. That background matters. I know how lenders evaluate a loan file, what slows one down, and what gets it to the closing table.
Today I’m a mortgage loan originator with Edge Home Finance, LLC, a mortgage broker. I’m licensed in Florida and work with buyers and homeowners throughout the state.
Who I work with
Most of my clients are referred by Florida real estate agents. Many are buying in the $500K–$1M range, including jumbo and luxury homes. I also work with first-time buyers, veterans, investors, self-employed borrowers, and homeowners looking to refinance.
